I can’t fathom how taking out that tiny amount of cartilage & putting in a stitch would have that much of a dramatic, all curing effect on someone with that type of nose. I’d need to see it performed for real to believe it.

I need this. My nose was never really thin but it was nice and had a good shape. Idk why my nose has gotten so bulbous that it’s the only feature to stand out on my face now and not in a good way. Today I took photos and my God I’ve been crying the whole day. It’s terrible to see my nose now and not recognize myself anymore. I hope my rhinoplasty goes well and that I can get rid of this nose that is torturing my mental health.

I never thought my nose was big till I was ruthlessness made fun of in middle and High school, at sports practice, by my family, etc. I have a tiny bridge but the end is very wide and round. I want this so bad! 😩

I hate my nose. I mean when you look at my face, the first thing you'd probably see would be my nostrils. My self esteem is so dead. Make up looks terrible. I hate it so so so so so so bad. It's the one feature on my face that I wouldn't mind replacing. It's terrible. And no one should tell me shit about how pretty I look with that nose.

I had this exact procedure done and I had a stainless steel wire through the end of my nose for days. My Dr. stated it was the most difficult rhinoplasty he had performed..
