centurylink has one of the most difficult and unproductive customer service departments i have ever dealt with.. if there was another option in my area i would have switched many years ago

Century Link sucks! I can't even get through to them to cancel them! They are rude and ignorant. Worst I have ever encountered.

Guys my dad works for century link and he try's very hard to work for the company but he wants to retire
