Grand Staircase Escalante / Cottonwood Canyon Road / Yellow Rock Overlook / Of Trail Hiking ~ UT

Join me as I hike to some obscure rock near Yellow Rock, along Cottonwood Canyon Road, in Grand Staircase Escalante, Utah; During the Covid-19 Pandemic and shut-down in the spring of 2020, I found myself having to shelter-in-place in Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Utah. Recreational areas in all the counties around me had been closed to camping and recreation, and I pretty much had nowhere to go. So I camped along Cottonwood Canyon Road for a few weeks. Since the popular trails were also closed, even here, I was in the enviable position of having to find places to hike that very few people experience.

Roxy we all love the natural areas you show and appreciate it. I think that folks also appreciate you for what you are offering and would like to make a connection with a person who cares so very much. I am pretty camera shy myself, but when people identify with you and your endeavors it makes a more intimate connection. IMHO

A delightful follow-up to your Yellow Rock video, Roxy. Well done! The cactus blossoms were lovely and so was the blooming Indian Paintbrush (my state flower) in this video and in the previous Yellow Rock video.
