Removing Unwanted Spaces In Microsoft Excel

Sometimes when you import data into Microsoft Excel, or copy and paste data into Excel, you end up with unwanted spaces before or after the data, especially if the text was previously formatted or tabbed.

In this video I show you one quick and easy way of solving this problem, as well as pointing out both an example where this method wouldn't work, and an alternative method which is sometimes preferable. I also demonstrate a different way of copying and pasting data which allows you to retain the formatting.

This is very good and i needed to concatenate the codes
