the problem with wolfpack types is that they are too simple. The human mind and personalities that inhabit it are too complex to be boiled down into these 3-4 ( 5 now?) types. They also don't take in to account childhood trauma. "Gamma" and "Sigma" can be very much the same thing. One type could heal past trauma's becoming another type.

I used to think of myself as Sigma, but after becoming friends with a guy that is defiantly a Sigma, I admit I may be a Gamma. But at the same time, there are aspects to 'Gamma' and 'Sigma' that clearly intermingle in a way that "Alpha" and '"Beta" do not (while still contrasting each other). I think that the "different types" of men could be better categorized as "Alpha/Sigma" and "Beta/Gamma", in that one is assertive and the other passive. In my mind (not that I actually consciously treat different men differently, ) the "hierarchy", goes Beta<Gamma<Sigma<Alpha

I've always had issues with the wolfpack types. I match up to sigma almost perfectly but with a few gamma traits that stand out. Need a more flexable system lol.

I randomly stumbled upon this video I never believed in a hierarchy I've always done my own thing. But the more videos I see about this kind of stuffmakes me start to think I'm a Sigma. Basically an introverted, quiet alpha. I've never been.
