Love your channel. I've been a coward and a narcissistic peice of shit my whole life living for short lived pleasures, not realizing it was making me weak. I was passive and people pleasing alot of people thinking it's what made me a good person. But being nice to other people made me resent them for not liking me and then turn that inwards into me and didn't realise that was actually happening. I didn't realise why that's why I had low self esteem and was drinking alot. I've been to rehab and rebuilding myself from rock bottom and have alot more self respect and your channel is another link into my growth and I pay attention to alot of your videos . Especially the one with the 6 bad habits that make me weak. I did four of those and I'm doing great now 7 months later I'm not drinking.

I am a man who just graduated college. Before the graduation ever happen, I cut ties with my college friends because I thought that sticking with them will give me no benefit as a man. They love to spend money and eat outside, they love playing video games, and their group activities all revolves around our female friend's decisions. That's why they want to go out a lot. After I cut ties with them, I started working out every day after drinking coffee as soon as I woke up, applying jobs, learning new language, then workout again at evening and sleep early. I don't have any college friends anymore to talk to but I never felt lonely. So I actually believed that Alone doesn't mean being lonely. I am happy because I'm more stronger physically and mentally than all of the college students I've known.

I think a good way to see the different between beta, sigma, and alpha's is each's relationship with the concept of superiority. Beta's likely feel the need to attest their own superiority to protect their fragile egos. Alpha's are recognized as superior by others, and feel no need to attest their own superiority. Sigma males likely see the concept of superiority as childish, and don't need to feel or actually be superior simply taking steps to improve ones self is enough.
