Looking for an unforgettable travel experience? Join us on our journey to Morocco's vibrant city of Marrakech! In this travel vlog, we explore Jardin Majorelle, Bahia Palace, the old Medina and Souk. Let us take you through the colorful streets and bustling markets of the old medina, and explore some of the city's most stunning architectural wonders. Our first stop is at the Majorelle Gardens, also known as the Yves Saint Laurent gardens. With its bright blue color and lush vegetation, this tranquil oasis is a must-see for any traveler. We then head to Bahia Palace, a breathtaking complex of over 150 rooms adorned with stunning mosaics, tile and plaster carving, marble, and colorful stained glass windows. Next, we venture into the old medina and souk of Marrakech, where we navigate the maze-like streets and immerse ourselves in the sensory overload of exotic scents, sounds, and colors. From the aroma of leather and spices to the vibrant displays of metalwork and carpets, the souk offers something for everyone. And don't forget to try the traditional Moroccan pastries - they're a sweet treat you won't want to miss! We end our day at the Riad with Pastilla and tapas for dinner at Dar Dar Rooftop, enjoying the stunning views of the city at night. So come with us on this exciting journey, and discover the magic of Marrakech for yourself and stay tuned for the next episode! Where we take a Tagine cooking class, have lunch in the secret garden and shop at the souk.

Everything I use to film:

While I am on the go, I film with my iPhone 11 Pro Max on the Dji Mobile Osmo 3. This allows me to get super smooth shots. I combine that with the either the Saramonic lavalier mic or Rhode mic and use a mount to attach it to the gimbal.

Rhode Compact Mic:

When I film at my apartment, I use my iPhone Pro Max as the main camera and my Canon 6D with the 24-105 f/4 lens for B-roll and photos. For the overhead shots, I use an overhead camera rig to mount my Canon 6D and connect a camera monitor so I can view the shot. And when my camera is set up on the ground, I use a quick release tripod. For lighting, I use the Neewer ring light and for audio, the Saramonic lavalier mic or Rhode mic (Linked Above).

To edit, I use DaVinci Resolve on my MSI GS 66 Stealth Gaming Computer. To store all of my footage, I use the SanDisk 1TB SSD Card.

The incredible idea of hiding the beauty inside in order to keep the harmony between the poor and wealthy is just mind-blowing. Thank you for sharing, and many of us in America can implement this thoughtful idea. 😍

I went on vacation in Marrakesh. For seven days, my imagination was taken away by the museums and the art collector I ate in Bastila and Rafisa Haqq restaurants. I was in a wonderful hotel and the morning breakfast was delicious and they had delicious fruit juices. Good people I will never forget those days

If you still there I recommend visiting Agafay to see desert and Imlil to see the mountains. It is wonderful that you can do a lot of diverse activities near Marrakesh.

Very sweet video.I'm going to Marrakech next Monday. I love that it's your honeymoon...I first went to the city in 1991 when I was courting my hubby! The YSL garden was empty during our visit in the afternoon. We had it all to ourselves. There were only a few tourists back then mainly French. The spirit of Marrakech will never change, it is so near the UK yet worlds away. Thanks for posting.

We met Youssef yesterday who took us through the Souks on an absolutely wonderful tour.
We learned all about the history of the Souks, interesting facts about Morocco and got to see and buy trinkets off the beaten track.
We have would have never seen some of the things we did without Youssef and saw and heard about the real lives of the people of the Souks.
Could not recommend booking
The guide for the souks and getting the best experience possible.
