Tip #8: ALWAYS stay to the far right of whatever direction you are traveling in. The locals are constantly traveling by scooters to-and-from their shops, whether it's home, to bring more materials to make more goods, and most importantly to prayers. You will get ran over if you are not paying attention, or straight hogging the middle pathway.

The currency is restricted not closed. You can take in up to 2k per person. Avoid the agro of getting money when you first get there

I just got back from there, its a great place. BTW if you have a beard they will call you Alibaba or Bruce Willis or Walter White. I got called all of these, but mostly Alibaba 😁
