I spent a week in Britain and lost 10 pounds because the food was so awful I ate very little. I even went to a “fancy” restaurant and got roast chicken. I thought that was a safe choice. Boy, was I wrong. It was the saltiest, driest piece of chicken I’ve ever eaten. And what’s up with mushy peas when you can have fresh garden peas? I need to lose more weight so I may need to go back for another visit. 😊
