We now live in a "guilty until proven innocent" society.
The court of public opinion rules.
Everyone merely charged with a crime now must immediately endure pre-adjudication punishment, regardless of the outcome.
We should not be surprised coming from a criminal penal/justice system that can lock innocent people away in prison for 20+yrs and once a person is finally acquitted, they still have no recourse for damages against those who have wrongly accused and ruined a fellow man's life.

I often wonder if we just ruining more and more lives in the pursuit of "protecting" another.

with the thin rubber one you can just scrape two sections down and solder them together then cut the middle so the connection never separates. therefore your FREE. also you could put it on someone else who stays home to wear it for you while your gone. or just plug it up so they don't think of anything suspicious and so it doesn't die.

It's an electronic device so disable it with water or a electromagnetic pulse generator & worry about how to get it off after you're not concerned about being located.

Ankle monitors have a fiber optic cable or a thin wire that runs around the band so it knows if you cut it off even on the most basic ones that only have a simple RF beacon to track your position. Low-risk parolees and probationers don't have ankle monitors but they'll have to answer the phone when the PO calls.

Cut the rubber down to the wires, make a loop connecting to the other side and make the connection. Then cut the bracelet in the middle, making sure your jumper wires are in tact. I cant see how this couldnt work tbh... unless they measure resistance in the wires
