Spot on advice, I just don’t think anyone should cook with oil, I’ve done the whole complete diet loop, from vegan to carnivore and followed nutrition for about a decade now, one thing I learnt is that people are looking for unique diet because they think it’ll make them different or make things better in life, the truth is, saturated fat and certain cooking methods are the real demons of nutrition, eat your veggies, get some meat eat in, some dairy and have a carb base for every meal
