nearly a year ago, i made a video on the formative girl groups of kpop. now, it's time to finally return with part two - exploring the groups and music from 2001 to 2005. i've only included groups that debuted up to 2003, as technically that is when the 1st gen is considered to have ended. it's really interesting to see the shift away from edm and trot-inspired pop to more rnb-inspired music clearly taking inspo from artists like xtina and destiny's child. and the hair is always... interesting.

there was actually another gg from 2001 that wasent mentioned their name was "S" and they promoted their main song "없니"

Great video; a nice follow-up to the first! One thing I'd like to say is that the clip used for LUV's Orange Girl isn't of the actual song. For some baffling reason, the first minute of the Orange Girl video is a completely different song. I don't blame you for making that mistake, though, as it's literally the first minute of the video... but I digress. Nice!
