38:38 i like the concept of the oral devices. that seems to check out best. bu i have heard ppl say they are painful. but that is certainly the right direction. How about strapped facedown to one of those massage chairs w/a facehole! You know the ones? just spitballing.

omg I just invented a new pillow for the market o_0. solid "soft"(tm) wood slab pillow design w/an ergonomic cleansing face oval.

the q's were good. a tricky thing to fix. CPAP + dry mouth (& the whole mask) are the problems. but clearly never quite sleeping, or destroying your marriage isnt gr8.

the all cause biz probs doesnt really pan out - & surgery, idk. hospitals are where you go to die. & i q the results there too.

but it is important research! lucky to be in a position to have anything to question at all. Gr8 lct. \^-^/!
