First little camping trip for the shake down, and we had a leak! This will be a Step-By-Step tutorial on how to build your very own teardrop. A Simple backyard build, a project you will be proud of! We will be covering the bottom and outside of the teardrop with Filon. This will be a lot of fun… hope you stick around and enjoy the process!

This is Part 61 of my teardrop trailer project - Do It Yourself - video. Starting from the ground up of a 4 x 8 camp trailer. This is a Work-In-Progress, thank you for watching!

I think that's a common problem with those doors. It never fails that one alarm goes off during the night. Now you get to go enjoy your trailer.

What would a camping trip be without it providing a great laugh for future gatherings around the fire! Thanks for sharing the good and not so good issues you had on your shakedown. Perhaps you should do a Food Network segment on how to prepare hotdogs. I'm a ketchup person myself....no mustard! I hope you enjoy your next trip as much as I've enjoyed your build videos!

Omgoodness batman! Lesson learned...never turn the alarm on while camping and carry a shoe bag or box in/under your teardrop. Thanks for all the great videos brother. 😉🙏🏼🇨🇦

Wow! Those doors aren’t cheap. I can’t imagine them leaking. I would discuss this issue with the manufacturer. Great job as always!

I downloaded obd jscan and ordered the Bluetooth adapter it allows me to customize jeep. One thing I did is turn off the chirp when I lock or unlock the jeep also disabled the lights flashing with key fob. So now it's quite and no lights, I did this for deer hunting and camping.
Excellent tool for any dodge owner

Well done Al! That window problem, you would think that it shouldn't happen. I'd be just as disappointed as you!
Please film the trip you do to Navada with your son so we can see what it's like from Australia.
All the best with your trip and I can't wait to see what's next! 👍

When you installed your stove I thought it was too low, but seeing this video makes the placement seem to be a good one.

Ha ha, I use a small tote for my shoes (or flip flops) & slide it under the camper. They stay dry.
