Thanks for the heads up. I've been lazy about switching from chrome for a while now but this was a good reminder to get it done sooner than later. I'm not really super paranoid about the info Google has on me but I don't like the idea of relying on one company for EVERYTHING in my life.

I use Firefox and Brave and they are both faster than Chrome and use much less resources of my system. Not to mention much MUCH better privacy with Firefox.

I currently use Firefox and Chrome, depending on what I'm doing. I have long wanted to cut back on or eliminate Chrome, so I found this video very helpful. Thank-you.

I’ve been using Firefox almost exclusively since forever and never thought of switching to Chrome. Although I love the Google Suite and can’t imagine work without it.

This channel is a godsend. I *just* found it and I was thinking this morning about switching to a different browser. Then I check and—bam! This video was uploaded 30 minutes ago!

Nice, shouting out Naomi and Techlore! I use Brave on all my devices, and it has been great!

I'm a regular Firefox user, but for websites that don't work in Firefox, I use MS Edge as my Chromium browser. I have a variety of adblock and tracker-block extensions on both.

Brave has been caught redirecting website addresses so that they can insert their own affiliate code. You gotta hand it to them. Promoting yourself as a security company whilst hijacking your user's browser is some scam.

Brave is great, however it consumes more RAM, even with the same number of tabs open in other browsers. Apart on that, it is really fast. Congratulations for your excellent content!

My main browser has always been Firefox and then Brave, this was infromative and helped me feel better. Firefox has its quirks but after using it since inception i don't think i will change, it works and i am better for it.

For my laptop, I mainly use Brave now and sometimes Firefox. As for my phones, I still use Samsung's Internet browser with an adblocker but I also have Duckduckgo.

I use firefox brave vivaldi and edge. I just like how each browser looks and vivaldi has some of the best customization with themes or any browser I have used but I use firefox as my main browser to just support them in the browser market and firefox is a really good browser now it is slightly slower than brave and edge but I can deal with that.

I stopped using chrome ages ago as my main browser, I now use Vivaldi. I like the setup, syncing of tabs & settings etc and I can have my tabs down the side rather than along the top. Few videos like this one I've seen never seem to mention the browser... not sure why. not looked at brave, so might give that a gander.

What i hate is when websites i visit are like don't use a vpn, turn cookies on, disable pretty much all your security before entering.

I have three browsers on my device.

1. Vivaldi - This is what I use for work. I find it fast, secure, and easy to use, even if it looks convoluted if you are not a power user (which I am).

2. Firefox - For personal use. I used Pale Moon before, but I found no reason to stick to it. Firefox renders pages better, and I like using it instead of Chrome.

3. Edge - I can't delete it...

I've been using firefox since it came out, and I remember people saying that chrome was better. They may had been right at the time, I don't know. But anyone saying it now are attempting to use their posterior to simulate vocal apparatus..

One thing I need that Chrome has is the ability to see my other devices history from any of my devices. This allows me to move seamlessly between my phone(s) and computer(s). Yes I have multiple of both. Are the other browsers that can do that? I have not seen a way to do that with other browsers.

I'm currently using Chromium as my default browser. There is nothing much to say about it, but when it comes to privacy or something related, I just wanna say that remember to learn how to browse safely aswell, not just rely on other browsers that said to be "Secure, Effective, Private or Ditching Big Tech". You can definitely do something to improve your browsing experience like installing essential extensions like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger, just notice that only "changing browser" doesn't really change that much.

I switched to Firefox about half a year ago and i just love it. Firefox Sync is very useful and there are plenty of great add-ons, and the newly implemented Enhanced Tracking Protection is also great. And after all Mozilla is a reputable community/non-profit company that promotes an open and secure web.
