For a taste of the Emerald Isle, you must try my easy Irish Lamb Stew Recipe which is also made with Ireland's biggest export, Guinness.

Not a big fan of lamb in stew? Simply substitute it for diced casserole beef instead.

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep time: 15m Cooking time: 120m | 635 calories & 24g fat p/serving)

- 700g Stewing Lamb
- 150g Bacon
- x4 Onions
- x4 Carrots
- x4 Potatoes
- Bunch of Thyme
- x2 Garlic Cloves
- x2 Veg Stock Cubes
- Bottle/Can of Guinness (500ml)
- Flour (to thicken)

Hi, it's Lamb casserole steak, so it'll be diced and it's the cut of meat that's good for cooking slowly. Just like beef casserole, but the lamb version!

hey warren i live in canada so i do not think will find the lamb that you used in the video in my grocerry store is there a sub for stewing lamb if i cannot find it

oh wow, not very impressed honestly as no searing of the lamb? No need to? the bacon also not pan fry initially to bring out the flavor? or this is a different method all together?
