Update: I realize I forgot to mention that, at least right now in Garlic OS Alpha 2.0.2, I'd mainly recommend this version to fans of Garlic, curious tinkerers, or those who appreciate the features mentioned in this video, however I wouldn't recommend it en mass *just yet, and you'll probably guess why from some points in the video 🙂

GarlicOS hab been in Alpha since November of 2023 and no new features have been added since then. I switched to MuOS and am loving it.

This is way too fast to follow. If this is a setup guide, it needs clear step by step instructions, and please, please slow down. This is probably a good video for people who already know how to setup GarlicOS, not for people that actually need a setup guide. Not for me, sorry.

Anyone tried Just putting the perfectly setuped Garlic OS SD card from his rg35xx plus into an rg35xx sp? I only have the rg35xx plus with garlic os but since the SP is the same device in another shell shouldnt that just work?

Why is your stock SD card blank? My stock OS SD card had folders on it fresh out of the box. Was that just a blank card as an example, or what?

Doesn't seem to work for me. it just shows the Anbernic logo, then turns off.

I wish he could just make an image file available. Maybe the way he is setting it up for multiple device support just doesn't work with that.

I got the tweaked version of the stock OS after watching a RGC video, and honestly it fixed my only issues with the device. I don't know if all of these custom firmwares are all that necessary for this one. Not that they aren't cool nonetheless.

I need help... I use Onion OS on my Miyoo Plus and wanted to get a similar experience for my Anbernic H, however I am confused on if Garlic OS is worth doing compared to MuOS but cant find any comparison videos. or even a simple step by step video to do the Garlic install. any suggestions or guidance?

Garlic os is dead! You just recomended a beta os from last year that will never get a full version.

Garlic 2.0 and the latest ones are well known to be glitchy. Don't be recommending this yet lad
