This one was a lot of fun just because it was so different. Because this was my first one, I'm not giving measurements how I mixed the spackle. After I added the Artist loft white, it got too runny so I eyeballed it adding more spackle, more white paint, etc. until it got to the consistency that I knew would work and not crack or flake once dry (spackle can be very finicky so don't make it too thin). If I could do it again, I'm not sure I would have added glue all at all....just the Artist Loft White since its consistency is so thin. As I delve deeper into this, I'll let you know my measurements...but I feel like there's an untouched world of possibilities here! ☺️

And yes, this kinda reminds me of a mosquito repellant coil that you burn outside. 😂

I've been playing with spackle as well. I was happy to see you added glue. I do that, too. I feel it acts as a binder. It appears to me the center is too solid. Maybe rub some silver on the peaks of the circle to make the circle more cohesive with the rest of the painting???
