What is Chkdsk and How to use

Me explaiing and using CHKDSK.

I used this to fix my last computers BSOD by putting in my Windows disk, hitting R, then typing CHKDSK /R

@iGargasht You can try using the Windows Disk and accessing CHKDSK from there. If I understood you coorectly. To get out just power off the laptop, if it is not doing anything.

@iGargasht As soon as your computer boots up, just keep hitting F8, Once in the boot menu, Click safe mode. And you can do everything from there.

i used chkdsk /r in the cmd and when it does it on startup it freezes and i cant do anyhying

Wat would be more helpful would to have talked slower and enlarged that area of the screen so people could see it... also to help maintain your computer download a registry cleaner and use them everyday to keep it fast

Its pretty awsome! lil exe so if the badsector is appear how can you delete it! cause my one hard disk was having a 54 badsector can you please help me fix it!....

Yes, If you see that error message on your computer, this will not help at all. I URGE you to backup all ur shit and take back your computer or get your hard Drive Fixed.
