That fingerprint scanner is too close to the camera lens for me. Looks like it would be too easy to hit the lens and gunk it up.

I have an S6, and it began lagging horribly in the last few months. I just installed an app called "Package Disabler" and disabled all the bloatware (as well as a few other apps I never use). Now my S6 runs just as smoothly as the day I got it two years ago.

I personally prefer the standard Samsung layout for the nav buttons. I use the "back" button WAY more than the recent apps button...and being right handed they're just in a better place. idk why people get so bent outta shape about something NOT being stock. "Stock" doesn't mean better. smh

Great hardware design (although the fingerprint scanner placement is a bit odd). Software is... well, Samsung. I'll wait for the Pixel 2. Good steps in the right direction though.

Never try before the Iris scanner, gonna try it out once there are demo unit on retail store. Otherwise I'll be the like the rest other people complain about the fringerprint scanner on the back.

Thank you for addressing the long-term lagging issue with Samsung phones. They keep cramming gimmicks and features that hardly anyone uses (like DEX) and it only makes the phones laggy.
I think I'll wait for the Note

I don't usually follow the phone dates and when they come out but here is my question. is there going to be an s8 active because if not I will stick with my s6 active? I hate touch screen buttons there not my thing.

When you started this video, the screen was all black, and later there were black edges. Is it true that it makes no difference what color we get = each phone is the same?
