This is so interesting to me because even more so now during this modern era, people such as Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, and Thomas Sowell have became pivotal figures for my life in which they assist me in elevating my drive to the faith not directly but indirectly through logic, rationale, and persistent critical thinking.

Thank you The Thomistic Institute for this video and God Bless!

*_If there seems to be a conflict between science and spirituality, it's only because you have a misunderstanding in science, spirituality or both!_* Such misunderstandings frequently come from arrogance -- a lack of humility -- which narrows your awareness. ALL learning requires humility.

One of the biggest pitfalls of in science is arrogance. Just because you understand how something works, doesn’t mean it’s not divine in how it came to be. There doesn’t have to be order in this world, yet there is. Against all odds, life driven by order, continues to thrive and propagate itself.

Through science my faith is growing stronger every breath of my life. Through the Holy Spirit, I have learned that physical dying is not stopping the creation.

I'm Italian, and as Chatolic i don't understand why in our country there aren't youtube channels like this! I mean there are some, but not so detailed and good like this one and others. Italy is one of the most important country for the Church, and yet we don't have this organization in the online world to share our faith and explain our reasons to other peoples..

Science tells us the where, when, and how. Faith tells us the Who and the why

Thank you very much for this channel. Honestly, I have followed many Catholic channels on Youtube. However, there are moments that their contents will oppose another Catholic channel. I am confused instead of learning my faith. However, in this channel, I feel secure that what I have learned will assist in the salvation of my soul. Again, thank you very much. Please make more content.

It is appropriate that at Epiphany we should remember that the Magi (as a class) were the scientists of their day. When Mathew tells us that they used their knowledge, (arcane though it may be) to find the new "King", they were applying a scientific method. Their knowledge led them to the knowledge of the baby Christ and to a closer knowledge of God. I believe that God wants us to use all our faculties, including science, to have better understanding of creation. He reveals himself to us in his works.

I see no problem with science and religion coexisting peacefully. Honestly, both involve faith and confidence. Religious people have faith in God or gods "depending on their religion" and their books and texts. Scientists have faith in their work, research, data and findings in the lab. In a religious sense, I see science as a way of understanding how God works. I also see no problem with a scientist being religious or spiritual. All they got to do is not bring their religious beliefs into the lab. I'm Catholic and I love science! When I'm done with all my college studies I would like to become a paleontologist. Science is a tool to understand the natural world around us, but it is also showing how God works and makes things.

I have been a Catholic all my life. And I am a pure Pole "since grandfather and great-grandfather" as we say in Polish. Z dziada, pradziada in Polish. God forgive me my sins and lead me and others to Your Kingdom. Amen

Religion is the knowledge of ultimate cause while as Science is the knowledge of proximate causes.

Since science is a method we use to explain the natural world then why do stick it in matters of faith and philosophy since they're completely different topics that explain different things since science by its nature can't explain what's supernatural or make moral or philosophical arguments which is one of the things that annoys me about cringy atheist when they stick science in everything I mean what does quantum physics or organic chemistry has to do with how I can live a moral life for example or how can they dictate my style of philosophy
