I picked pile number 3. So true about my current job. I worked so hard and contributed so much improvements to my processes and management will only verbally recognize me but will not pay me more money. I got promoted last year but was given no pay increase just new responsibilities but I continued to do my job. I have been apathetic and wanting to look for a new job and not taking action. My birthchart says I will prosper in the government sector so I found a job positing on a position that pays decently and much more compared to what I make now.
