I like to blend an avocado with a can of chickpeas to make a guacamole/hummus mix!

The addition of the beans is genius! And a person can put as little or as much as they want to get the flavor that they prefer. Pepper relish would be a flavorful substitute for the tomatoes and some pickled red onions could add a nice kick. So many options to consider on top of that protein packed base. Delish!

I ate about a cup of lettuce tonight. I didn't want to. I really struggled with food as a kid, and probably would've been diagnosed with ARFID as a child if that had been a thing back then. My parents used to get so angry with me because lettuce, green beans, and other foods would make me throw up. Life is tough with sensory disorders. So I'm proud of myself every time I eat lettuce, because I know it's healthy and provides fiber. I tell my kids that is what will help them poop. They like that.

It is funny this popped up on my feed today. I made a hot twist on this this morning. Sauteed onions and peppers with cherry tomatoes, and beans. Added salt, pepper, oregano and basil. I put it on Naan with some slices of Goat Gouda. OMG amazing hot and later had it cold.

there's no way to look pretty eating a loaded up avocado toast but kylie just proved me wrong!! 💗 but seriously though, I feel like you wouldn't share a recipe (especially with a cookbook coming out) that you haven't extensively tested and stand behind, both taste wise and nutrition wise! I love your videos sm and I'm so excited for the book!!! thank you for all that you do!
