Oh, & probably better NOT to have ANY fruit beverage immediately before or close to bedtime. This will likely cause a sugar spike & the eventual need to use the restroom instead of sleeping (the study noted; 2 glasses of tart cherry juice per DAY, not at bedtime). Blessings in Jesus!🙋💝💖👣👣

I've been eating cherries as a sleep aid for the past two years. A cup of the stuff is magic. Now I'm trying the juice. But it HAS TO BE CONCENTRATE, 100 % tart cherries, no additives or preservertives. Mix 30 mls of concentrate in 200mls of water, natural yogurt or smoothie. The problem with the juice he was using is that its certainly mixed with other fruit, sugar and preservatives. It won't work the same. I started yesterday using the concentrate as I'm out of the actual cherry n it's out of season here. I started using the juice last night and just as I expected I slept better. If u have sleeping problems try the concentrate. Mine is the ACTIVE CHERRY brand

It never worked for me and finally I read that it can cause trouble sleeping. The problem is that what works for some may not work for others .Just like Nytol which I never recommend warns in bold print that it causes drowsiness. If you read the fine print at the bottom it says may cause sleeplessness. All you can do is try it if you need it. But more importantly don't try to sleep just lay down relax dont think about it or tommorrow and fade away .

Put a peeled garlic clove in your pillow case at seem near neck area, and see the difference! Way better seep.

It takes a month of eating kiwis before bedtime before seeing any result so I don't see why it would be quicker with tart cherry juice.

That’s super expensive one bottle is $10 and each bottle only has 4 serving which means you’d need 15 bottles a month with is $150 a month take magnesium works way better and had health benefits
