It seems like they no longer offer the shadow line on the eDrive35.

One kilowatt/hour grants you range that is comparable to a pint of gas. If you can achieve 3.75 miles per kw/h (a wholly reasonable expectation for an EV) on an 80 kw/h battery pack (found on the i4 E40/X40/M50) then you get 300 miles of range. It all tallies.

Multiply 3.75 by 8 (you get 30). Divide 80 by 8 (and you get 10). That's the conversion rate between pints and gallons. An EV getting 3.75 miles per kw/h on an 80 kw/h is equivalent to 30 miles per gallon on a 10 gallon tank of gas. Thus 1 kw/h can be substituted for 1 pint of gas in an ICE vehicle.

The E35 has a 70 kw/h battery. By the previously established metric, that's comparable to only an 8.75 gallon gas tank, so even a steal comes at a cost.

Definitely a steal and this is coming from an e40. Could have gotten a fully loaded 35 but wanted the 40 for the power and range bump lol

Is there a standard I4 version or only electric ? Sorry I’m new to the EV world, not quite ready to make the switch yet 😅
