I turned 60 this year and needed to upgrade to a new phone. I chose This one. I have been programming pc's and building pc's since 1985. Now... the smart phones have so many options I had worries about getting this phone going until now. Thank you so much for putting this out. So many people my age just get stuck on using a flip phone or a easy to use "smart phone". If they would just listen to the younger generations of people that do this like you have they could enjoy having the best features and technology in the palm of their hand and not get confused. total Samsung newbie here- coming from the google pixel to the s21....'no home buttons' the beginning of your tutorials started with a cut to screen and I was trying to learn how to close an app... eventually you made the gesture on camera and I was on my way to setting up this incredibly gesture controlled device. thank you- I still can't get the palm swipe to work, but maybe I should take the protective plastic off the screen first.

I have had this phone for about a year not realizing that could find information on how to work the phone. This really made me aware that information you need access to you find on youtube. Explained very well, this the best yet. I'M 74 OF AGE. still learning. Thanks for a great session. 👍🏽
