I have lost over 50 pounds in the past 12 months or so and lowered my A1C from 8.9 to 5.3 by following your advice. My doctor was really impressed with the results and she commented, "see, the Metphormin I prescribed to you is really working !!". I told her that I had taken no more than 1 pill (total) since receiving the prescription and that it was all due to a change in my diet; which I attribute to watching your youtube channel. She said that my results were an inspiration to her office and that my A1C is now lower than hers. I owe this all to you and your channel. Thank You so much !!!

Denis I make flaxseed meal tortillas every day. You don’t have to use any egg, cream, salt or anything . I use 1/4 cup of flaxseed meal (compact ) and 3 tab boiling water, stir vigorously until it forms a ball. This makes 2 tortillas . Sometimes I use about 2 cups of flaxseed meal and make crackers just adding boiling water. Add cinnamon and some vanilla essence and you can make a cereal. Flaxseed meal makes a great porridge when boiled in home made almond milk.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

What a fun video! Never knew we could make flaxseed flat bread. I'm going to try this. In India, we make flat breads (roti) out of ground millet flour Jowar (Sorghum) and bajra (pearl millet). They are not much different in carbs from wheat roti, but they have a low glycemic index due to very high fiber content. Many diabetics have reversed their condition by switching to a millet based diet.

Hi I have a victory to report!!! Just had my a1c test and it came back at 6.5. Down from 7.7!!!! I've only gotten serious maybe a month in a half so I'm very pleased!!!! I know next 3 months I'll be in the 5's club and will have reversed it by the grace of God!!!! I am doing it with no medication. I took myself off because I feel that if I've decided to eat right then there's no need for this medicine. For me the meds is a crutch and only gives me an excuse to eat things that aren't good for me

My Dr. appointment was on 2/7. My Dr. told me my lab results came back with an A1C of 15.1 taken on 1/24. I somehow came across your channel and have been following your advice since. I'm doing the challenge of getting rid of diabetes in 6 months. I have been keeping track of every thing and testing my morning glucose. I only eat lunch and dinner of baked meats & salad and only drinking water. This will be my new way of eating and I spice it up so it doesn't get boring. I found many recipes online. I have been testing 1 hour before, 1 hour after and 2 hours after each meal. I feel GREAT it's not bad at all eating healthy. I should of been doing this. I have been keeping track of my food, I made a chart in note pad. Anyway, My fasting glucose this morning was 166, the lowest ever. I made the decision not to get the insulin, I have never been on the metformin. I truly believe I can bring it down within 6 months and I am so looking forward to it. One day maybe in a couple of weeks I will buy the at home A1C test.

I buy whole grain bread and I freeze it. When I want bread I toast it and by toasting it changes the structure of the carb molecule into a complex carb. Cooking and chilling whole grain rice and pasta for 24 hours then reheating it the next day will change the carb to a complex carb as well. I learned it and tested it and as a type 1 diabetic have had no problems with my blood sugar when consuming it. In most cases my sugar will go down. That's how it works for me at least🤷‍♂️

That's right. I am in a short term nursery home after a stay in the hospital. They know that I am diabetic but they bring me high carbs at every meal. Always bread or rice, pasta and some high sugar dessert. Even at breakfast, there is cold cereal and milk. Then they want to pump me full of insulin. I try to eat only the protein but I feel that I am starving. Their fault.
