Whew… what a year! But just because we, and everyone else in the world, have been going through a lot doesn't mean we aren't celebrating Thanksgiving! And, of course, having our annual Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale!

Buyer beware the item you purchase from their website will always say in stock. After they take your money, you get an email saying it's out of stock and that you'll get the item as soon as It arrives. We all know that item isn't arriving anytime soon. It's frustrating dealing with bullshit like this when you would want to know approximate delivery times at times like these. Very hesitant to purchase from GS.

I'm waiting for 2 extended controls kits that were in inventory when ordered but out of stock later its been over 4 months easy, trying to be patient but wait times are a joke to say the least.

Worst customer service ever took over a month to receive my order then I finally get it and try to return it because they sent me the wrong item call for RMA number and nobody answers they just hang up on you after 30 min of waiting on hold. Never again will I buy from them!!!

Where’s the customer service? Your establishment should have at least one representative for customer care, inquires, orders etc. No way your store is that busy

Hoping with the speed manufacturing of all these firearms that the quality remains the same? Great job on keeping up with demand though. I'm still waiting for my firearm...I actually ordered before Covid hit but cancelled. I was supposed to go out of the country on a job but then that got cancelled. Reordered my firearm not realizing the new demand LOL. It would be nice though to get discounts for the wait? Just thought I'd throw that in there ;-) I was told I will get mine in 6 to 8 months!....

Used to love this store until they only shipped 3 of four items in my order and then ignored all of my emails about the subject will never order from them again .

Never buying from this place ever again... do not believe them on shipping time frames. Plenty of other places shipping much faster.

Wow im surprised after reading these comments of how bad a company can run itself into the ground with bad customer service and shipping. Just tell the truth and customer will usually inderstand

How do we actually know for sure it’s in stock? The same items I tried to purchase back in April, showed in stock but were in fact out of stock, are still showing in stock but have confirmed messages from social media platforms saying they are out of stock and have no idea when they will be back in stock.

I’m still waiting for my order Glock 19 Gen 3 from July 10th. Do you have an ETA on it. I have been seeing a lot of the local gun stores getting their shipments on the same firearm.

I’ve been waiting for my extended slide stop since September. Reading the other comments I don’t understand how. You’re getting more business than ever before while simultaneously being slow as molasses on shipping and non existent on the customer service aspect. Great business plan if you’re trying to have one-time customers.

Avoid this company. They will pull the bait and switch on you, will show items are available online and when you order them it shows out of stock. Customer service is terrible and nonexistent.

I'm a brand new customer of a month or two, and I appreciate your attention to detail on your videos. I really enjoy watching because I'm new to Glock firearms, and I'm modifying my new gun with your help! I was lucky enough to get a 17 from an old Veteran friend of mine. The store on Ruffin St. here in SD is the greatest gun store I have ever been in, the staff have been fantastic every time I’ve gone in there. I’m sure the new store will be just that much better.
