This video goes through the steps and tools required to add a 2 PSI pressure relief valve to your Ss brewtech Brew Bucket. This will enable you to safely add a small amount of CO2 for closed transfers or to prevent suckback when cold crashing. You'll want a 7/32 step drill bit. Ss brewtech recommends Dewalt DWA1783IR but in this video I used a Milwaukee bit.

Hey! Thanks for the video. I am trying to do exactly the same thing - i.e., install PRV on a brewbucket (3.5G). I drilled a 7/32 hole, but the O-rings are not engaging. The PRV has a straight stem which is about 7/32, but there is a small conical part near the head which expands from 7/32 to 3/8" between the stem and the base of the head. Is this because the brewbucket lid gauge is thinner and the O-Ring is made for a thicker chronical? Would you suggest a thicker O-ring to fully seal when used with Brewbucket? Thanks.
