Review: Ss Brew Tech - Chronical

**Updated Video

This is one of the best kettles on the market and is certainly the best kettle I own - a noticeable step up from converted kegs. The trub dam is what makes this kettle unique. It's a removable metal blade fixed with a heat resistant silicone rubber sleeve which is designed to prevent trub from flowing into the pickup tube.

If you are in the market for a new fermentor or taking the jump to stainless, definitely check it out.

**Note: The fermentor in this video is the 7 Gallon which is in most ways identical to the 14 gallon and half barrel models. During the dry hopping demo I'm adding the hops to a half barrel chronical which has a PRV on the lid (not visible).

Another way to tell how full your keg is, is by cold crashing your vessel and once the beer is transfer to the keg you will see condensation on the outside of the keg which shows you how full it really is. I like your setup. Looks legit. I have the same one except slightly difference configuration.

Can you give more detail on how to pressurize the head space? Also, do you have a video on the transfer process you described? Finally, are you using a carb stone during secondary fermentation?

Please wash out your sanitizer...it can containment your brew. I don't understand why all sepos ignore this and think it's the smart thing to do.
