Cell phone video shows a woman falsely accusing a Black teen of stealing her iPhone at a New York City hotel. Mayor Bill de Blasio called the incident racist. CBS2's Dick Brennan reports.

I guarantee you that hotel policy in a situation like that was to call the local authorities and not get involved in the altercation especially once it became violent. I also can guarantee you the dad and son will most likely win a civil lawsuit against the hotel because they immediately took sides by asking the kid for the phone as well as the lady that falsely accused the kid

Id normally say this isn't racist and it was just someone losing their mind after quarantine. But; she had to have known it wasn't hers. Even if she lost it, she KNEW the case wasn't hers and no one is gonna steal a phone, with extra time to put a new case on it. Sooo maybe its a bit more sus than we expected.
