Police in Peachtree City say they have arrested a serial shoplifter. An Atlanta woman is accused of stealing from four different stores in a single day.

If the DA and Judges would actually do their jobs and sentence her to a significant amount of jail time I bet she would stop. Because any other shoplifting charges while on probation and she goes right back to jail.
For habitually shoplifting she most certainly deserves a year in jail, no early release.

Time to hold Judges and DAs accountable for letting these people go back on the streets right away.
