Welcome to Day 6 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being GROW. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like butterfly, tiger pose, balancing table and wide legged forward fold.

I have to say that YOU are the reason I have stuck with yoga. No matter how busy life gets, I can always fit in 10 minutes. Many times I do longer ones, but these 10 minute morning routines have been outstanding. Thank you!

I'm almost 60 and very unfit. Also never done yoga before. I've made a promise to myself to be fitter at 70 than at 60 and I am so grateful for you for providing this easy to follow content. I can't do many of even the most simple poses - can't sit with legs crossed let alone bend over - but day by day I'm feeling a little more flexible and actively looking forward to the stretch. I'm just doing what I can manage and hoping that with repetition it will get easier. I also find your flexible mind challenges incredible - simple but deceptively difficult. I've started adding some of your longer videos for backs and hips too which are so helpful. Thank you.

That butterfly stretch to the side at around 3min mark WAS AWESOME.
Can't recall ever doing that move. Love love love it!

I’m 66 and because of yoga on YouTube, I maintain some decent flexibility and mobility. I mostly choose you to practice yoga with.

I can't believe I'm already in day 6.
I'm doing this challenge everyday I loved every bit of it, thank you so much kassandra ma'am.
I do this every morning it makes me love my body more and I feel ready and excited for my day, I enjoyed every minute of this challenge
