Glad to see you did the upgrade, looks like it came out great

There is no cooling except passive - does this not bind to the already extruded filament? There is no diameter control except the 1.75 drilled out nozzle. Could you show some results? I'm highly sceptical if this is even usable

I really like the simple low tech approach to the design: brilliant! It’s something I could actually do (The others I have seen are just too complicated.). Very compelling!!! Until I am convinced that others are reliably printing PET bottle filament and that there is an easy way to join filament together, I’m not ready to go for it. Hopefully this low cost and very buildable machine will move the community forward.

Its also a really small form factor. Nice one!

Could I add a lower voltage DC heating element to a USB port and connect it to a phone charging brick? And can I add a temperature controller?

where did you get the wires for the ac dc converter to the controller.

Couldn't you also use Wire Splicers when connecting the hotend wires to the power cord wire?

I also want to ask. What are the 3D print sizes of the part?

Hey man idk if you read this still but i have 2 questions 1.I'm from europe if i'm corect your power network works with 120V and ours is 240V can i still use the pullstruder or i need to change something and what would it be? And 2. Can you conect the plastic to make a big spoll because i have a loot of 1L bootles. Sorry if my language isn't great.

Any alternatives to heat conductive glue I used it but it is extremely delicate and I have had to re attach multiple times now

awesome video, feels like i havent seen you upload in ages. Id love to make this pullstruder. Im just not sure I would ever use bottle plastic like this. Maybe if i could use a blender and turn my old wasted filament poops or failed prints and grind em down and turn that into filament... i could totally see myself doing that. I cant afford industrial grade extrusion machine stuff though. This has potential to do it I think. It would just need to be setup vertically? Im not for sure though.. Hopefully your next video is a video of this working! :D

I like the warning about not making your vise become live but- Why not just warn to unplug the assembly while attaching the block instead? You already used a heat gun in an earlier step, lol

I saw some guy making a pullstruder with a gluegun could you maybe try to do that that would be sick

Hi, I recently Purchased one of your filament makers under the name of Cassarah. I just want to know if you can give me the instructions on how to print the particular parts that are required to be 3D printed For this machine, Please.
