I think dps wise Jinshi is better but the smoothness of gameplay and OG moves I’m all for Changli. She is like dancing while on fire. Hunger games!

As someone who also has both resonators, I wouldn't say one is better than the other. Jinshi is definitely stronger in terms of how much damage she can output, but it usually requires at least 1 full rotation of characters so that she can build up her stack to deal that 100, 000+ dmg. Not to mention that you are required to have a sub-dps that can do coordinated attacks to help with Jinshi's stack (in this case Mortefi, in better cases, Yinlin)
Changli on the other hand doesn't do as much damage, but she doesn't require as much rotation and can deal decent damage consistently. Not to mention that Changli also acts as a buffer to other fusion characters, allowing better team potential overall.

Though, if I'm just talking about the character itself. *Ahem*, I would have to say Changli is better in terms of body proportions.

Tbh, when comparing these two characters. We shouldn’t taken their highest damage only. Jinshi’s nuke deals massive damage but she needs to build up her forte and finish stage2 basic attack to deal massive damage. On the other hand, Changli’s damage is more consistent. Moreover, their movesets also need to be taken into account. A character’s full value are used for Tower or hologram and those enemies are tough and fight back so it’s also important to address on how good is the character to deal with enemies attacks. For example, Jiyan is still valuable despite him dealing less damage than Jinhsi is because of his crowd control ability and his auto parry.
Changli’s outro is buffing fusion damage by 30% and buffing Resonance Liberation damage so she is more like a sub dps like Yinlin

Jinhsi needs a lot of build up to deal one instance of dmg, while Changli benefits from swap canceling her animation and being in a dual DPS team

Changi much better in my opinion more fun game play and easier to get max damage where as Jin needs to build up stack for damage and is inconsistent in my case coz I'm not try hard sometimes her skill does 150k then does 23k only so changli easy and more damage

Changli better overall, , ppl always speaking about dmg..While forgot that jinhsi rely on her team mate very much

1 jinhsi rotation without max forte dealing smaller dmg than changli
While changli in 1 rotation can do full forte and liberation with stable dmg even if she doin solo

This game looks and feels cheap and dull. Its like a worser version of tower fantasy
