How to cancel a credit card

For some people they might have too many credit cards, or they just want to stop dealing with a specific credit card company.

Banks always want you to send them a letter or fill out some paperwork, their a pain in the butt. Make it easy on yourself, if it’s a no annual fee card just shred it. To hell with the banks make it difficult for them, they’ll contact you after some time and want to know about the cards lack of use, ignore em.

Just call and tell them you think your card has been compromised and to issue another, I use this whenever I order something that may have that auto ship crap to keep them from being able to send me more stuff I may not want Wash D C

I have only had it for a month and a half and i did use it, I'm currently still paying it off but when I called to see how I would go about cancelling it, I didn't get the option on the automated customer service line, even on their website I couldn't seem to find anything about it.
