Super moist butter cake ..! A very easy recipe ..!

This butter cake is super moist and very easy to make ..!
Kids will love it and perfect for tea party .!

Ingredients
Flour - 1 1/2 cups (180g)
Butter - 250 grams
Eggs - 5
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 tspn
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 50 ml (1/4 cup)
Sugar - 1 cup (200g)

Pan size - 11 * 8.7 * 2.0

This is exactly how my mom makes cakes.. only difference she seperates the egg yolks and whites and adds them seperately for extra fluffiness.. but I tried your method and added one egg at a time.. and it tasted EXACTLY the same... Amazing recipe. Cake was moist, soft and spongy... Thanks

I've tried baking this cake today but I added a twist of making it like a marble effect. And the results were amazing! The cake was super moist and extremely soft! Previous recipe that I've tried elsewhere turned out to be dry and hard to swallow. This is definitely a keeper! Thank you so much 😀

I had to half the recipe and I was a bit worried it wouldn’t taste good because of the halving but in the end it tasted divine. It was soft, moist, fluffy, and was so flavorful. Loved this recipe. Next time, I’ll use this recipe to make a layered cake. Definitely a keeper!
