I'm blind in my left eye and I've had a lot of surgery on both of them. Being able to see again out of the right after surgery, I became more grateful and adventurous because I'm not sure if the vision in my right eye will last and I made a lot of good memories. Now I'm a wheelchair user and super glad I did all that too.

Honestly I feel like a darkness retreat for a few days would be amazing! However, I have to think that it would be much safer to have a few people who are able to see and take theirs once the first group is finished. They'd be anle to help cook, handle the right medicines, make sure there's nothing life-threatening happening, and more. I'd actually do this if I wasn't in school and had someone to do it with
