Be careful about picking up something like the Seagrams picture - if it looks dirty like that one does at the top it could have roaches inside. I was given some thing - furniture and framed pics and the next thing I knew I had roaches in my house 😡

I would have picked up that toy box, the doll house, furniture, art work, and sold them on FB marketplace.
And I would have cleaned up the frog and painted it.

Hello from Brisbane. The Rockefeller Center art work is a commercially produced print, possibly a lithograph that was made in a limited edition. Yours is the 655 out of 1000. These type of prints, although not the original are usually accurate in colour and size and signed and editioned by the artist in pencil.

I’m not even into doll houses, but that one was amazing the roof detail alone. 🤯Definitely worth saving. I hope your friend can make it over. My daughter just bought one very similar that someone had made over and she paid over $300 for it.😳😁
Wow! your trash piles have better quality treasure than the Goodwill stores where I live.

Those lawn chairs sell for a lot, even if frayed. They are vintage, and very light. Ppl love them cause they are easy to carry.

Great finds and some I saw I would had grabbed. I found a big doll house on side of a road great condition. My niece was a barbie fan then gave it to her and she loved it. Loved the Rockefeller picture

The charming Rockefeller art is by Patricia Palermino Art and it's called the Rockefeller Center Holiday. I have a 500 piece puzzle of this print.

My daughter is doing the nursery in Winnie the Pooh. That toy box would have been perfect. A lot of amazing finds. Thanks for sharing.

I'm from NJ too. Lots of good stuff out in the wild. I have sold a lot of things I found in the trash on eBay. Glad you took the bag of figures and the doll house.

That Winnie the Pooh trunk appeared to be custom hand painted/ or not!😂I could be wrong, but I’m a retired decorative painter and someone paid an artist a pretty penny back in the day to paint that as I did several during my career in different themes. Happy you found such great finds. Guess you can’t save everything but you do an awesome service not only for yourselves but the effort in re - donating when others won’t for whatever reason 🤷‍♀️. At least you give it a new life before sending it off to the landfills.❤

You can always paint the frog. I repaint my gnomes all the time.

That brass lighting with the silver globes, would make the cutest yard art.

The Rockefeller Center print looks like a New Yorker magazine cover. Love the cactus figurine.
