I typically dress like a slob at the gym but I noticed the cool guys wearing upscale fitted athletic gear. So I started wearing my nice fitted hoodies and my nice sneakers that were collecting dust in the closet. I have gone from being ignored to receiving stares and fist bumps from the cool crew. I love the last point in this video, spot on. However, I'm a short guy but I still love to match like a beige sports jacket with darker charcoal trousers and I think it looks good.
