Ever feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders? Is it sometimes hard to breathe? It can be a vicious cycle of worry creating limitation in the body and the limitation telling the body we are stressed out even when the stressful experience has passed
Heart Chakra let’s us know when we are not in balance (we start to feel numbed out.) Maybe we are giving a lot, care taking etc. and not allowing the time and space to receive... maybe we are going til depletion... maybe we are worrying about things out of our control and maybe we literally need this pose...
Chest Opener at the Wall is great for unwinding these spaces that often hold anxiety - worry about the future, not being enough. Invite deeper breath (and freedom) into the chest and upper back. Invite Heart to open, slow down, listen to our deeper wisdom sources (not the brain 🤯) This allows us to feel our intuition and infinite strength and be more resilient.
