1. Come up in the position of straight arm plank.
2. Your next step is bracing your abs and contracting your gluteus muscles (glutes).
3. Spread your feet in a manner that they are more than shoulders width apart.
4. Now lift one leg and hold for some seconds.
5. Return to the starting position and repeat with opposite side.
