Vietnamese food is easy to learn Grack! We don't use that many ingredients in our core dishes and meals. We like a focus on bringing on the natural flavors of ingredients and herbs, limes and chili's for enhancing brightness. And our diet is very amenable to vegetarians and dairy-free diets.

Vietnamese here. "Nước chấm" litteral translation is dipping sauce. The one you had with the Vietnamese food is "nước mắm chấm", which is made from fish sauce, sugar and lime or vinegar.
