I love how this doesn't actually answer the question it just poses what if then says why it won't work before cliff hanging halfway through the hypothetical lel

Annoyingly, youtube buries Shorts video descriptions, so a vast majority of viewers have no idea this is meant to advertise a new "What If?" channel whose first video this short is previewing

Nice to see a new video from you, but you didn't really answer the question.

Ok, I get that you're trying to drive traffic to the full video, but this is not the way to do it.

Fun fact: a lot of the size requirements for the Hubble telescope was set my the military, since they wanted to save some costs by using the same type of launch vessel for spy satellites.

So it can be assumed that the military can see about as good as the Hubble telescope

Should have mentioned, in voice, that this is a teaser for a video on the other channel. The last screen looks like the default channel advertisement, no one reads that. And you can see that by the reactions in the comments.

Yeah just trying to get me to click the full video without answering fully.
I assume the rotation of the earth is too fast under hubble to get a sharp image? I think Hubble usually captures over a long duration in order to let more light in, but that would cause blur if anything moved during that time.

Finally I can see what my neigbours are up to.

The core question asked wasn’t answered.

I get it, the telescope is too slow. So … what happens? And, what would happen if it wasn’t too slow (which is the natural follow up)?

This video is just an ad? And it's one of those obnoxious vertical videos? Blech.

What exactly about it is too slow? Hubble performs dozens of functions that involve movement. Was genuinely interested in learning what the Hubble image of earth would look like...

It can’t because the exposure time is too long

You see, what it would actually look like is about 95mph. Did that answer your question?

Ok, picture a hot dog bun. You wouldn't want to put it into a tube.

Wow that’s a great question I’ve never thought about that. Unfortunately not really answered in this short?

Do you really need *one more channel* given the frequency of your uploads? 🤨
