But it makes them thicker they likely won't fit into those high dollar wheels especially since those high dollar wheels have so called locking lug nuts where you have to use specified splined lug keys

i have these. but macs version and from what i see they are the exact same thing. had them for several years. broke almost every one of them….they removed steel in order to make the plastic fit. the sockets are so weak

Does that plastic rubber get in the way though is what I am thinking like it says thin wall but with that rubber on there does it make them too thick for some wheels?

Are these things useful for anything but taking the nuts off? It doesn't seem they'd be effective at torquing the nuts since it has no torque control on it.
