Jabra gives the best customer service ever. If anything minor happens to the buds they instantly give refund to buy a new pair. I will always choose jabra for their warranty policy.

Have had the Earfun Air Pro 3 for a couple weeks now, coming from the Edifier Neobud Pro's. These Earfun has been great. Good sound, high res codecs, amazing battery, everything control, very impressive ANC, come a long way from the Free Pro 2, now competing with the higher end.
I really dig the eartip design on these. No hard plastic actually goes in the ear canal. Haven't seen this on any other budget buds.

On calls, the background noise is loud that you can’t possibly talk on them. Noise cancelling seems to shut off when I take a call and I can’t turn it on. Anyone else have this problem?

Am having them on my ears now(jabra elite 4).I cannot call while on a windy place even when cycling around.
