For older users— and I a one— having dark earbuds against a dark background makes it really hard to see how they should be worn. (And white type on mint—mine— doesn't show up either.) So I will be looking for third party videos that value instruction over style.

Hello, we got a Jabra elite 4 active quite a while ago and we’ve been having difficulty pairing it. We haven’t used the device in a while as for some reason the left earbud isn’t working and we lost our receipt so we couldn’t swap it for a new one. However my father has decided to use them again and we’ve tried searching for the device on three different apple phones but the all apple phones never detects the device. For some reason a Samsung phone can detect the device but my dad is an apple phone user. Do you have any suggestions as to what could have gone wrong?
