Still (AGAIN!) a problem in Photoshop 2013 on Windows 11, and the suggested fix does not work. Neither does switching to the legacy home screen work.

It works for most part of adobe program, less for After Effects, it stills crashing when a starts it without a project file 'cause home screen didnt show after rename this folder.
