Environment has changed. Food is more available all the time we’re not taught to eat only three times a day not anymore. Don’t eat that you’ll ruin your supper are if you go walk in you’ll work up an appetite. Sugar consumption was discouraged after the WWII there’s so many factors that have changed the food environment in the last 50 years.

When we see a thin person we often assume that they must have a fast metabolism. It's strange that when we see an obese person, we don't automatically think that they must have a slow metabolism. A lot of times body weight and size is based on biology and genes, rather than willpower.

My dad family run with diabetes 2 or 1 I forgot most of them are obese
