To clear my Chicken Broth I always skim the Fat off the Pot… then after placing the Broth in the Refrigerator overnight … I freeze a clean flour sack towel; then pour the Broth through that towel to get absolutely Clear Broth. Thank you for you incredible Chef Techniques🤙
